Everyone won’t just get the same random kit either. I’ll look at your skin, what you’re currently using, how it usually behaves and anything you've reacted to before. Then I’ll choose the products I think will suit you best during the reset.

So you don’t need to know your skin type, choose any products or buy anything else. You send me the info and pics, and I’ll sort the rest.

We’re all starting together on Monday 7th September, and I’ll be inside the group every day helping you, answering questions and keeping everyone on track. Cos let’s be honest, it’s very easy to download something, tell yourself you’ll start on Monday… and then do absolutely nothing with it 😂

You should receive an email from me as soon as your order has gone through, so please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see it in your inbox. If it hasn’t arrived for any reason, just message me on Facebook and I’ll send everything over to you.

The email contains the link to your questionnaire, instructions for taking and sending your skin pics, the private Facebook group link and everything you need to know about your kit and our start date.

Please complete the questionnaire with as much detail as possible. I’m using your answers and pics to decide which products to put in your kit, so vague answers don’t give me enough to work with. If I ask what you usually eat, writing “chicken, vegetables, fruit and sandwiches” doesn’t tell me what kind, how often, what’s in the sandwich, what you have with it or what a normal day actually looks like so please be specific.

The same applies to your skincare. I need the full name of every product, how often you use it, when you use it and anything that has caused stinging, breakouts, dryness or irritation before. The more specific you are, the easier it is for me to understand what your skin has been exposed to and choose the most suitable products for your reset.

Your kit can’t be prepared until I’ve received both your completed questionnaire and your skin pics, so please don’t order and then forget to do them.
The Skin Reset is for adults aged 18 and over. It gives you skincare education, a simple homecare routine and my support throughout the 14 days, but it can’t diagnose or treat a medical skin condition or replace advice from your GP, pharmacist or dermatologist.

When you complete the form, you need to tell me about any diagnosed skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medication, prescription skincare and any products you’ve reacted to before.

If there’s anything in your answers or pics that makes me think the reset might not be suitable for you, I’ll message you before I make up your kit.

Places are limited cos I’m personally going through every form and set of pics, choosing all the products and making up each kit myself. I need enough time to get everything ready and posted before we start, so once the kit deadline has passed, you won’t be able to join this round.
